If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give as much notice as possible so that I can offer the appointment to someone else.

If you cancel or reschedule:

- within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

- within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the treatment price.

Any appointment 'no-shows' will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

 

Please understand and respect that I incur time and money costs ahead of your appointment and cancellations prevent others from receiving treatment.
